McGinleys Bar

Rock bands on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. If you want to hear some great bands in Letterkenny this is the place to come to. This pub has 2 floors where most of the young folk stay upstairs’ and the older generation are downstairs. If you are looking for a live band this is probably the best place to stop by.

The Cottage

This is my favorite pub in Letterkenny. As soon as you walk in the door you will walk back 50 years into another era. The cottage is definitely not the biggest pub in letterkenny but what it lacks in size it make up for in Craic and Atmosphere. The cottage gets wedged on weekends and is probably considered a locals pub. If you get a chance whether it is for one quite pint whilst reading the paper or a night out, stop by this pub and you wont be disappointed.

The Cavern

Wed – Karaoke Night

The Cavern would have to be considered as one of Letterkennys liveliest pubs. If you want to watch a sport event this is your place. No matter where you are standing there will always be huge TV grinning at you telling you to raise your glass and have another one.
