Tenants
Dermot McGettigan Lettings assures prospective tenants every possible assistance in settling in to a new property.
Our letting expertise combined with our local knowledge will be at you disposal to help in all aspects of settling in to new surroundings. We will give advice, where neccessary, on local schooling and medical services, and give practical help in arranging for Utilities supply connection.
Landlords
We will undertake to secure suitable tenants who will enter into a one-year lease or other directed lease period. The potential Tenants are thoroughly vetted by this office, and the following procedures are carried out on your behalf.
(a) A current Employers reference.
(b) A current & or Previous Landlords reference.
(c) Forward rent, less our fee, to an account of your choice, this is by electronic funds transfer.
(d) We will ensure your property is properly presented and marketed and that good quality Tenants are selected in a professional manner.
